Job Description :

As a UPS Testing Engineer with 10 years of experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our UPS systems. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing, analysis, and evaluation of our UPS products to meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• UPS Testing : comprehensive testing procedures on UPS systems, including functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that UPS systems meet all technical specifications and performance requirements.
• Data Analysis : Collect and analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Test Plan Creation : Create detailed test plans and protocols to ensure all aspects of UPS system functionality and performance are thoroughly evaluated.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to address product development issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve technical issues during testing, providing timely feedback to the development team.
• Training : Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, sharing your expertise in UPS testing methodologies.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices related to UPS systems to ensure compliance in all testing activities.
• Reporting : Prepare comprehensive test reports and present findings to management and clients as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in UPS system testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of UPS technology and related components.
• Proficiency in test equipment and tools used in UPS testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
